Balcón de Santa María del Mar doit son nom à la charmante vue qu´il vous offre sur l´église préférée des catalans et célèbre depuis des siècles, Santa Maria del Mar, la cathédrale de la mer, au centre du quartier très chaleureux et typique du Born. Cet appartement a été entièrement rénové en janvier 2011, et grâce aux nombreuses fenêtres donnant sur la rue, c´est un appartement qui profite de beaucoup d´ensoleillement; et le double vitrage vous assure une parfaite tranquillité, malgré les nombreuses plaisantes terrasses et l´ambiance joviale de la rue.
