La Marina Studio est un appartement très mignon pour une ou deux personnes dans le PortVell, près de la plage et du Born. Il a une surface de 125 m2 et plus de 80 m2 de terrasses. Il y deux niveau, dans le première vous y trouverez le salon-salle à manger, la cuisine américaine et la salle de baigne complète. Au dessus des escaliers il y a la chambre à coucher avec un lit double et la deuxième terrasse, très charmante avec une table et des chaises. Alentours de l'appartement La Marina studio dans le quartier Ciutat VellaLe charmant quartier du Barceloneta est juste à côte de la plage et à 15 minutes à pied de las Ramblas. Cet ancien quartier des pêcheurs à été modernisé, mais ces rues restent quand même toujours, les rues d’ouverture à la mer et au bateaux de la ville de Barcelone. Vous y trouverez beaucoup des restaurants de poison frais, des bars, des cafés, des magasins de glaces et des buvettes de plage. Aux alentours il y a le museu d’historia de Catalunya, la torre del reloj, le cinéma IMAX, et l’aquarium.
