Born Loft B est un appartement de 45 m2 qui a été récemment rénové et qui a maintenant une style très moderne. Il maintient quand même quelques uns de ses éléments d'origine comme le plafond vouté traditionnel catalan. C’est une seule pièce très spacieuse et fonctionnelle, divisée en différents espaces: salon, salle à manger, cuisine américaine et chambre double. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète. Il se situe au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Il est totalement meublé, très lumineux et cosmopolite. Il ne pourrait pas être mieux situé, dans le centre du Born, à côté du Parc de la Ciutadella, et très près de la plage de Barceloneta.
