Boquería Apartment est située dans un bâtiment du 1880 qui à été entièrement renouvelé. C'est un appartement très charmant et cosmopolite meublé en couleurs claires, avec des seuls en parquet, des murs en brique et avec le plafond voûté traditionnel catalan. Il est très lumineux car tous les fenêtres donnent sur la rue. Il a deux chambres avec des lits doublés. Le salon est très agréable et spacieux, avec un canapé une TV. La moderne cuisine americaine est entièrement equippée. L’appartement est située dans l’arrondissement de Ciutat Vella, à côte du Ramblas et à cinq minutes à pié du Plaza Catalunya. C'est le coté haut du Raval, un zone qui à été modernisé dans les dernières années. Ici vous y trouverez le marché Boquería, le musée d'art moderne (MACBA), le théâtre Liceu et l'Université de Barcelone.
