Born Loft A est un appartement de 45 m2 qui a été récemment renouvelle et qui a maintenant une style très moderne. Il maintien quand même quelques uns de ses éléments originaux comme le plafond vouté traditionnel catalan. C’est une seule ambiance très spacieuse et fonctionnelle, divisé à moitié en des différents espaces: salon, salle à manger, cuisine américaine et chambre double. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète. C’est un quatrième étage sans ascenseur totalement meublé, très lumineux et cosmopolite. Il ne pourrait pas être mieux situé, dans le centre du Born, à côte du Parque Ciutadella, et très près de la plage de Barceloneta.
