Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a personal name board. He will drive you safely to your apartment.

Prices depend upon the number of persons and thus the type of vehicle you require.

Details

When booking this service, please pass us your flight details. A prepayment of 20% is required. The remaining amount must be paid to the Aspasios check-in staff upon arrival at your rental apartment in Barcelona.
The price has a surcharge of 50% when the service takes place between 1 and 5 at night. Cancellations of the service are accepted until one hour before the arrival of the flight without extra cost. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged. Please do contact Aspasios if you lose your flight or cancel your trip.

The service includes 60 minutes waiting time at the airport terminal. From that moment onwards there will be a 100% surcharge. That is why we advise clients, in case of problems with collecting the luggage, to go and talk to the taxi driver and decide between both of you if he has to wait, or not. If decided the driver doesn't need to wait, the originally booked service needs to be settled with Aspasios as well. There won't be any surcharge in case of flight delay, because Aspasios checks the arrival time on the internet.
