El piso se encuentra en la calle Torrent de l'Olla a la altura de la preciosa Plaza de la Vila, llena de terrazas en el sombra de los plátanos, en pleno corazón de Gracia. Hace un siglo este pequeño pueblo ofrecía recreo a la burguesía del centro de Barcelona, hoy en día hace parte de la ciudad cosmopolita.
