Gran Vía Suites 2 es un apartamento muy cómodo e idealmente situado en la Avenida Gran Vía a pocos metros de la estación de metro de Urgell. Es un apartamento compacto y muy práctico si tiene que atender un congreso en la Fira de Barcelona o si quiere descubrir el centro de Barcelona.
Este apartamento de 35m2 se encuentra en la cuarta planta (con ascensor). Disfruta de una decoración refinada y de una organización muy práctica. El salón comedor beneficia de mucha luz natural y de una cocina americana perfectamente equipada. La habitación doble está escondida detrás de una pared que garantiza una intimidad total. Gran Vía es una de las vías más importantes de Barcelona, además de transporte público y metro hay mucho tráfico, lo que puede conllevar molestias por el ruido a pesar del doble acristalamiento.

Entorno del apartamento Gran Via Suites 2 en Eixample
Este piso se sitúa en la Gran Via de les Corts, una de las principales arterias Barcelona, con óptimas conexiones, un sitio idóneo para vivir como un vecino más del barrio. El distrito del Eixample es el resultado de la expansión de la ciudad extramuros bajo influencia de la alta burguesía, en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX, con unas impresionantes fincas modernistas. Todo el Eixample y Ciutat Vella se alcanzan fácilmente a pie desde aquí.
Además, desde la parada de metro Urgell (línea roja) a 50 m llegará en 4-5 minutos a la céntrica Plaza Cataluña o a la feria de Plaza España. También existe una parada del "Aerobus" a pocos metros del edificio. Por supuesto, la zona dispone de innumerables comercios, bares y restaurantes.
