Este edificio céntrico se encuentra muy bien situado en el precioso barrio del Born de Barcelona. En este distrito se encuentra el importante Palau de la Música Catalana, el Museo Picasso y cuenta con una multitud de galerías de arte, tiendas de diseñadores y restaurantes suculentos. En cuanto al transporte está bien comunicado ya que tiene cerca las paradas de metro de “Jaume I” y “Urquinaona”. A quince minutos caminando encontrarán tanto la playa como la famosa Plaza de Catalunya que es el principal núcleo de la ciudad en cuanto al transporte.
