El apartamento Universitat es un verdadero encanto: combina una ubicación excelente con una decoración agradable y una distribución inteligente. Es un piso realmente céntrico, y por lo tanto idóneo para moverse tanto a pie como en transporte público.
Este piso de 55 m² está situado en una primera planta real (también hay ascensor). Universitat está muy bien distribuido: dispone de un amplio salón con comedor (con doble sofá-cama), una cocina también totalmente equipada en parte abierta, un dormitorio doble y tranquilo por su ubicación al interior con un espacioso armario empotrado, y un baño completo con bañera. Además, ofrece un pequeño cuarto separado que permite quitar la lavadora y el material de limpieza de la vista. En el salón, que da a la calle, reina un silencio total gracias al doble cristal.

Entorno del apartamento Universitat en Eixample
Está situado en Calle Aribau, a pocos pasos de Plaza Universitat, en el corazón del ensanche barcelonés, un barrio caracterizado por sus anchas y ordenadas calles y su arquitectura modernista, nacido a finales del siglo XIX. Hoy se trata de una activa zona residencial y comercial.
A 5 minutos caminando desde el apartamento se encuentran las Ramblas y el famoso Paseo de Gracia, así como la Plaza Catalunya, donde muchas líneas de metro, tren y bus se juntan. El bus del aeropuerto tiene parada a 50 m, y sólo tres estaciones de metro (Línea 1) o 20 minutos caminando separan el apartamento del recinto ferial de Montjuic-1.
