Central Eixample es un apartamento muy bien equipado pero sobre todo, muy acogedor. Es muy agradable pasar tiempo en este piso irradiado de luz y reformado en junio del 2007. A pesar de su ubicación (en pleno barrio Eixample) se percibe una tranquilidad total gracias a su orientación hacia el patio interior de la manzana.
Este apartamento de 65 m2 está ubicado en un principal o primero real. No hay ascensor (únicamente hay que subir veinte escalones para llegar). El salón-comedor es muy espacioso y visualmente separado de la cocina americana totalmente equipada. Dispone de dos dormitorios: uno con cama matrimonial y otro con cama individual, ambos con armario suficientemente grandes para acomodar sus objetos personales. Tanto el salón como el dormitorio principal dan a una galería de cristal con mucha luz. La lavadora-secadora se encuentra en un cuarto cerrado. Un baño grande con bañera y ducha con mampara de cristal separada completan esta oferta.

El piso esá ubicado en calle Aribau, en la parte superior del distrito de Eixample, muy cerca de la prestigiosa Avenida Diagonal y no lejos del famoso Paseo de Gracia. En esta zona existe una oferta cultural, gastronómica y de compras inigualable en Barcelona.
Además, disfruta de excelentes comunicaciones: a sólo 300 m se encuentra la parada de Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat (parada Provenza) que le lleva en 3 minutos a la Plaza Catalunya. Las líneas de metro azul y verde (paradas Hospital Clinic y Diagonal) también se encuentran muy cerca.
