Born-Barceloneta es un apartamento de 85 m2 situado entre las dos zonas más atractivas de Barcelona, el puerto del PortVell y el Born, con las ventajas de estar al lado de la playa y del área de ocio más interesante de la ciudad. Puede alojar a un máximo de 6 personas en dos habitaciones, una doble con cama de 160cm y otra con cuatro literas individuales. Es un apartamento muy soleado ya que todas sus ventanas dan al exterior. El salón es acogedor y dispone de sofá, TV, DVD, y una zona de comedor con una mesa. La cocina es independiente y está totalmente equipada. Tiene dos cuartos de baño completos, uno con ducha y otro con bañera.
