Palau de la Música 11 es un piso alegre y práctico. Se ubica en un edificio del siglo XIX con una preciosa fachada original, pero ha sido integralmente reformado a finales del 2009. La decoración contemporánea y el uso de colores vivos hacen de este apartamento un hogar agradable. Disfruta de mucha luz natural. El apartamento es un lugar ideal para ir explorando la zona a pie. Está situado en la calle con el mismo nombre, en el auténtico barrio de Sant Pere, aún en plena transformación. Tiene sus plazas con mucho ambiente popular, y los barrios de La Ribera (Born) y el barrio Gótico a pocos pasos. El reformado y emblemático mercado Santa Catarina, que incluye un buen restaurante y un supermercado, está al lado. Caminando menos de 10 minutos, llegará a la céntrica Plaza Catalunya y al elegante distrito del Eixample con sus fincas modernistas. A 200 m se encuentra la parada de metro Jaume I (línea amarilla), que le llevará en pocos minutos al prestigioso Paseo de Gracia y a las playas.
