Este apartamento ha sido totalmente reformado en enero de 2011, y gracias a las grandes ventanas que tiene, es un lugar muy luminoso, y el doble vidrio les asegura una tranquilidad perfecta; aunque tengan unas terrazas preciosas en la calle con un ambiente muy agradable.
Este apartamento se sitúa en la segunda planta. El salón comedor disfruta de mucha luz, sobre todo por la tarde, y tiene una cocina americana perfectamente equipada.
