El piso se encuentra justo al lado de MACBA Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, y de muchas terrazas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados y todo tipo de tiendas. A apenas 5 minutos a pie se encuentran la céntrica Plaza Cataluña, las Ramblas, y el famoso mercado de la Boquería.
La estación de metro más cercana, a sólo tres minutos andando, es Plaza Universitat (línea roja), junto a la que también tiene una parada el Aerobus, que comunica la ciudad con el aeropuerto.
