Este apartamento es idóneo si quiere vivir en el Centro Histórico de Barcelona; en menos de cinco minutos a pie llegará al barrio Gótico y al Viejo Puerto. La espléndida iglesia de Santa Maria del Mar, la preferida de muchos Barceloneses, está casi enfrente. Muy cerca se encuentra el emblemático mercado rehabilitado de Santa Catarina, con su propio supermercado y excelente restaurante. La parada de metro Jaume I (línea amarilla) está a 150 m, y le llevará en pocos minutos al prestigioso Paseo de Gracia y a las playas.
