The bar is named after Robert ‘Bobby’ Gallow, the legend according to the owners of the bar. Bobby´s grandmother dipped his pacifier in Hayman´s Old Tom gin and the legend converts to one of the best bartenders in New York.

The decorations and style of the place is plush in textures with some details like the bar being collage of old doors and furniture. Everything is woody, warm and a little bit retro. It is more of a chill-out than a party place. The decor is chic, the staff are lovely, and the atmosphere is chilled, relaxed and happy.
