The dates of  the successful Barcelona Beer Festival are confirmed. This year it will be held on 13^th ,14^th and 15^th of March. This will be the fourth edition of the festival and it will once again take place in the Martime Museum in Barcelona. Barcelona Beer Festival is the meeting point for lovers of craft beer. The three-day event traditionally puts the special craft beer under the attention of the general public. This year, the organization has started an expansion of the festival with professional conferences and music.

The Barcelona Beer Festival is created with the aim of spreading the craft beer culture and quality, so you will find a wide selection of activities. The festival is divided into two main areas:

1. Auditorium. Conferences, tastings and workshops on culinary and cultural fields. There you can also attend various presentations of pointers brewery projects.
2. Meet The Brewer. You want to meet the brewers at the festival? There will be a place where you can chat with them about your project.

Beer Festival Barcelona

The entrance fee for the festival is usually somewhere around €10 (2014 Price €7). For that price you’ll get a glass, a booklet and two coins. The price of additional coins is €1 per coin. Note that festival uses only their own glasses and that you can only pay in coins, so don’t miss finding the selling point at the beginning of your time there, and just enjoy the rest of the evening. You will have the chance to choose between more than 300 varieties of beers so you’ll surely find the one that suites you the best in terms of price and taste.

Barcelona Beer Festival is the biggest beer festival in Spain, hosting more than 25,000 attendees in its last edition. Because of the long lines at previous editions generated by the popularity of the festival, the managers have decided to sell a limited number of tickets (called BBF Experience) oriented to beer professionals and beer geeks who want to truly make the most of their stay at the festival.The price of the BBF Experience ticket is 50€.
