This park with stunning views over Barcelona towards the sea was the creation of Gaudi who wanted to create a self contained area for both the wealthy aristocrats of the area to enjoy as well as the general public. The popular French cover band Nouvelle Vague are coming to Barcelona on December 15th. They are particularly famous for their bossa nova style covers of punk rock and New Wave songs. They have played in Barcelona before and their music is often used on television programmes, films, documentaries and adverts too. They are becoming known as revivers of “Chanson” or artful singing. The concert is called “Dawn of Innocence” and has been produced with French fashion designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. This concert will truly be a feast for the eyes as well as the ears.
