Description
Molina 2 is a welcoming and cosy one-bedroom apartment, very bright thanks to the large windows. It proposes a delicate decoration and an excellent location, between the area of Sant Gervasi and Gracia with excellent connections.
This 50 m2 apartment is located on the second floor with elevator. The bright and comfortable living room (with two single sofa beds) has also a very well equipped American kitchen, visually separated by a beautiful curtain. The luminous bedroom with double bed has a large cupboard where you can store your personal belongings. This bedroom faces the street and it is totally quiet thanks to the new double glass window, isolating from the voices on the street and at the weekend from the visitors to a renowned disco at 200 m. The apartment disposes of a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub. Besides there is a small balcony to keep the washing machine and cleaning material out of sight. There are three more apartments with similar features in the same building.

The apartment is set in a small street between Via Augusta and Balmes, in the luxurious Sant Gervasi neighbourhood. Nowadays this district is characterised by the many elegantr buildings, the spacious green parks and classy shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby, we find the more bohemian and culturally active Gracia district, which has small squares and streets full of life, creative shops, bars, cafes, movie theatres in original version and its own history as a former village. The nearest underground station is Fontana (green line), only 5 minutes away on foot. You will reach the historic city centre in less than 10 minutes. The train from the "Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat" (stops Molina and Gal.la Placidia at 250 m) takes you in only 5 minutes to central Plaza Catalunya.
