Apartament de les Arts 1A is lovely three-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the historic Raval district, just off the famous Boqueria market. It has been entirely refurbished in Autumn 2010, mixing contemporary design with original features such as the century old wooden windows.
This 65 m2 flat is set on a first floor (with elevator). The bright living room with sitting and dining area includes a very well-equipped open plan kitchen. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds (1m35 wide). The apartment also offers a brand new design bathroom with shower. The livingroom gives to the street and includes a balcony. Two bedrooms are oriented towards the inner courtyard, while in the third bedroom there is a small balcony.

It is located in the centre of the nearly pedestrian Raval district, only 150 m away from Barcelona's most famous street: the Ramblas and its green underground line (stop Liceu). The gorgeous and historic Boquería market, the Liceu opera house and the landmark MACBA Museum of Contemporary Art are all just around the corner, just as many art galleries, original bookstores and many lovely bars, restaurants and terraces.
After a 5 minutes-walk you will reach Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city; here you will find the major transport connections: the green and red underground line, the trainline Ferrocarril de la Generalitat as well as the Aerobus airport bus stop.
