Poble Sec 1.1 is a design apartment in a brand new building, inaugurated in Spring 2009. The quality finishings together with the decoration create a contemporary atmosphere of comfort and well-being.
This 70 m2 apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator). It offers a spacious living and dining area with a double sofabed giving out on the balcony and a well-equipped separate kitchen. The television has digital channels and you can use internet wifi all over the apartment. The flat is set in a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of the authentic Poble Sec area, close to Montjuic and the Old Harbour. Only a few meters away you will be enchanted by the lovely romanesque chapel of Sant Pau (10th century). Poble Sec is a popular district that has preserved its original atmosphere, and pedestrian Blai Street with its many bars, restaurants and terraces is only 30 m away. At 300 m you will find the famous Parallel avenue with its historic theatres and the purple and green underground line (stop Paral.lel). Both will take you to central Plaza Catalunya in 5 to 10 minutes. Very nearby you also have the cosmopolitan and vivid Raval area, and in 5 minutes in funicular you will go up the Montjuic hill, a real oasis to escape from the buzzling city. The lovely old port with its sailing boats and many restaurants and bars is only a short walk away.
