It is located on Ganduxer Street, one of most prestigious streets in the top zone Sant Gervasi, only a few meters away from Via Augusta. Just in front of the apartment you will find the beautiful Tres Torres Park. The train (Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat) with stop Bonanova only 30 meters away, brings you in 10 minutes to the central Plaza Catalunya. Moreover, by car you will reach the Ronda de Dalt and the Vallvidrera Tunnels in 5 minutes. There is a supermarket just at the other side of the street.
