Palacete Modernista is a wonderful one-bedroom apartment located inside a small modernist palace from the late nineteenth century, with lots of features from the turn-of-the-century and many details that make this place really pleasant. The apartment has been completely refurbished in Spring 2008.

Palacete Modernista is located on a first floor. There is an elevator, though it is a real pleasure going up the majestic 19th century staircase. Thanks to its many (original) windows and all the natural daylight this 40 m2 apartment feels more spacious than it actually is. It includes a pleasant living and dining area (with double sofa-bed), with a fully equipped American kitchen. It offers a large bedroom with double bed and a cupboard. A bathroom with shower and bidet complete the offer. The apartment gives partially out on the streetside and partially on the precious inner courtyard.
