Description

Valencia Style 3.2 I is a very comfortable and stylish apartment. It offers the typical Eixample design: high ceilings with mouldings, beautiful parquet or hydraulic floor and brick walls. It has been refurbished entirely and presents a very modern decoration and fantastic amenities that combine perfectly with the authentic details.

This 80m2 apartment is set on the third floor (with elevator) and gives onto the inner court, which makes it a quiet and a nice place to stay. The elegant living room benefits from a lot of natural light that comes through the large windows of the veranda where you will enjoy the dining room. The large bedroom opens onto the veranda also, and offers a cosy sitting area as well as a double bed and a beautiful en-suite marble bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has two single beds and there is another bathroom with shower. The perfectly equipped and modern kitchen is separated.

It was a good stay. The location was great and apartment was satisfactory, based on a Premium apartment, there were things that can be improved.
Which aspects of our service do you value more positively?

What should we improve?
There needs to be small trash bins in each bathroom. Also, there needs to be a hotel style safe in the apartment, where the liability falls on the tenant, but still there needs to be a Safe, which is screwed to the wall. There also needs to be more than 1 Pillow per bed/person. 2 extra Pillows in each apartment should be standard. Internet service is slow and weak in parts of the apartment and there should be some English TV channels. These would make the Apartment "Premium".

The apartment was just as described --in words and pictures--and our experience overall was excellent.
Which aspects of our service do you value more positively?
The website made it clear what we would be getting. The welcome from Marcos and the check-out with Sergio were both easy and friendly. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was suitably equipped. We were two couples and we had an excellent time -- it was just what we had wanted. Thank you! We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
