Urquinaona Topfloor is a very bright and quiet apartment which has been entirely refurbished in April 2009. Thanks to its sunny, furnished private terrace, refined decoration, its use of quality materials and its location in the heart of the elegant Eixample neighbourhood with its impressive 19th century modernist houses, it is the ideal location both to live the daily life among the locals and to explore the city and its historic spots on foot.
This 55m2 apartment is situated on a fifth floor, the topfloor (the elevator only goes to the fourth floor). Its orientation towards the inner patio guarantees total tranquility. The comfortable livingroom with sitting and dining area and very well equipped American kitchen give out on the private terrace. There are two quiet and very luminous bedrooms, both with lots of storage space for your personal belongings. The beautiful main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. You will arrive at the underground stops Urquinaona (red and yellow lines) and Monumental (purple line) within a five minute walk, though this location is also great to reach many places on foot.
