Description
The Aribau-Provenza apartment is located on the topfloor of a six-floor building and is therefore very bright and quiet (with elevator, with five steps on the ground floor though). The morning sun inaugurates your day, and thanks to a lovely, large and furnished terrace (35 m2) you can enjoy outside life.
This 60 m2 flat was completely refurbished in February 2005 and received a new, more contemporary design look in Spring 2007. The rustic wall and wooden beams in the living room create a cosy atmosphere. A large built-in closet can be found in each bedroom, of which one has a double bed and one has a single bed and an extra bed. The bathroom has a bathtub which can also be used as a shower.

This flat is located on the corner of Aribau and Provenza streets, very close to the famous Diagonal avenue and the shopping area of Rambla Catalunya in the very heart of Eixample, a neighbourhood famous for its wide and regular streets, created in the late-nineteenth century, with lots of impressive modernist buildings. Nowadays the neighbourhood is a vivid middle-class area, and offers plenty of design and traditional restaurants, bars, terraces and shops of all kinds. The nearest underground station (stop Diagonal; green and blue lines), and the nearest train station (Provença) are 350 meters away. Both can take you to the central Plaza Catalunya in less than 5 minutes, though the area is actually very pleasant to discover on foot, be it for e.g. the modernist architecture on Granados Street or the stylish terraces and shops at Rambla Catalunya.
