Goya Atic is a beautiful and cosy apartment, located on the top floor with a private and furnished terrace. You also have access to a large open space that can be used as solarium and from where you can enjoy impressive views over the city of Barcelona.
This 35 m2 apartment was entirely renovated in 2005 and is set on a sixth floor (with elevator). It offers a spacious and bright living room with a modern and fully furnished American kitchen with a very practical bar. It disposes of a full bathroom with shower and a pleasant bedroom with double bed and cupboard. From the living room you access the fantastic furnished terrace cosmopolite with a table and chairs thanks to which you will benefit from a lot of tranquillity, intimacy and luminosity. Within less than 5 minutes walking you reach the Ramblas, the famous Boquería market and Plaza Catalunya.
The closest underground station, at only 3 minutes, is Plaza Universitat (red line), where the Aerobus also makes a stop, coming from the airport.
