The Central Plaza is a great place to live: a charming and bright apartment with lots of sunlight, and a lovely interior design by the owner who is a professional decorator and who knew to perfection how to marry antique furniture with modern elements.
This 60 m2 flat is set on a second floor (with elevator). The spacious livingroom, as well as both bedrooms, give out on the square with large trees, and the double windows guarantee total tranquility. The livingroom with sitting area is visually separated from the fully equipped kitchen with dining area by a lovely arch. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed and an extra bed. Central Plaza also offers a design bathroom with an impressive shower, and a separated washingroom where to keep also cleaning material out of view.

It is located in the northern end of the nearly pedestrian Raval district, on the precious green and quiet Vicenç Martorell square. After an only 2 minute walk you will reach, in one direction, the landmark MACBA Museum of Contemporary Art and some art galleries and original bookstores, and in the other direction the Ramblas, the famous Boquería market and Plaza Catalunya.
It is at Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city, that you find the major transport connections: the green and red underground line, the trainline Ferrocarril de la Generalitat as well as the Aerobus airport bus stop.
