Apartament de les Arts 1B is a lovely two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the historic Raval district, just off the wonderful Boquería market. It has been entirely refurbished in Autumn 2010, using contemporary design with original features such as the century old wooden windows, the wooden beams and hydraulic tile floor, in order to create a sensation of comfort.
This 60 m2 flat is located on a third floor (with elevator). The bright living room with sitting and dining area includes a very well-equipped open plan kitchen and gives to the inner courtyard. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1m50 wide) and a second with a single bed (1m75), both enjoy a relaxing balcony which gives to the street. The apartment also offers a brand new design bathroom with bathtub and showerscreen.
