Description
Gracia Apartment has been fully refurbished in 2009 in an urban style. The designer combined bold colours and funny details, maintaining, though, a classical touch, like with the parquet floor. It offers lots of natural daylight, and thanks to its orientation towards the inner yard it is very quiet, set in the very heart of the mainly pedestrian Gracia neighbourhood.
This 50 m2 flat is located on a third floor (without elevator). It includes a bright living and dining room (with double sofabed), a nice corner with pouffe and a large window, great to relax or read a book, and a very well equipped American kitchen. The bedroom with a double bed has a spacious wardrobe where you can organise your personal belongings, and the bathroom with shower makes the offer complete.

The apartment is set on Torrent de l'Olla street close to the beautiful square Plaza de la Vila, full of terraces in the shadow of leafy trees, in the heart of Gracia. A century ago this area used to be a small village offering refreshment in the weekends to the rich people of Barcelona downtown, and is now just part of the cosmopolitan city. Gracia is a rather bohemian neighbourhood that is great to go out, sit on a terrace, stroll through the pedestrian streets or to discover original bars and restaurants or some of the many artisanal shops, apart from its active cultural life. The authentic covered market on Travessera the Gracia is only a two-minute walk away. The stop Diagonal (green and blue underground lines) at 400m brings you all over the city, though also the elegant Eixample neighbourhood and Paseo de Gracia avenue can be reached within just a few minutes walk.
