Aragó Executive 1D is a very practical and cosy apartment. It enjoys a contemporary design, high quality equipment as well as a great location in the Eixample district, full of bars, restaurants, public transport and a good neighbourhood atmosphere.
This 75m2 apartment is set on the first floor of the newly refurbished and modern building with elevator. The bright and spacious living and dining room is divided into two atmospheres so you can really feel at home. Moreover, the large windows allow much natural light in. The partially separated kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has two double bedrooms: one with a double bed, and one with two bunk beds, both enjoy many closets. The bedroom with the double bed enjoys a balcony, and being in the back it benefits from total tranquillity. You access this other bedroom, with two individual beds, through the living. The bathroom with shower completes the offer.
