Description

Forum 4 is a sunny and spacious two-bedroom apartment situated halfway between the Forum and Poblenou districts and the sea. Thanks to its location on a fifth floor in a new building, this place has a lot of natural daylight. If you add the happy colours, the great decoration and the large balcony, you will understand why everybody immediately feels at home here.

This 100 m2 flat has a spacious and pleasant living and dining area and separate fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a double bed; one has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub which can also be used as a shower, and a large cupboard. Those using the second bedroom can shower in the second bathroom, and organise their belongings in the cupboard in the third room, which also includes a desk. From the main bedroom you can access the 6 m2 balcony; with its table and four chairs and a real home-gym it is a great spot to relax and enjoy the sea air.

The neighbourhood is interesting for being in an entire transformation process: on one hand the old Poblenou district, with its factories and blue-colar houses, is converting into an area of lofts and designers; on the other hand the Forum area is the most innovative in the city, with its business area 22@, its congress centre, impressive Forum Park by Miralles and shopping centre; on top the seafront and beaches are less than 10 minutes on foot away. The Forum 4 apartment is located on Bac de Roda Street, just off the Gandhi Park.

The yellow underground line (stop Poblenou at 350 m) will take you in just a few minutes to the old city centre and Paseo de Gracia.

perfecto para disfrutar del PrimaveraSound, a menos de 20 minutos andando tranquilos.

El piso reúne todas las comodidades, cocina equipada y es espacioso. La terraza es un puntazo.
What should we improve?
En el cheking out. Deberían dar la opción de poder salir más tarde, las 11 am es demasiado temprano.

A very clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, let down a bit by the view from the windows.
Which aspects of our service do you value more positively?
Everything happened in exactly the way you said it would - met at airport, though flight early, met on arrival at the apartment, and the outgoing taxi booking worked well too.
What should we improve?
The two doors which give access to the apartment were difficult to open - one needed to be pulled, the other pushed, to make them work. We were not warned about this, and thought we had locked ourselves out the first time we left. Perhaps we should have been shown that.

It was like coming home. straightforward (our water kettle broke and we received a new one within 24 hours!), very nicely furnished apartement
