This 60m2 apartment is set on a first floor with elevator. The spacious living and dining room opens onto the nice veranda and therefore enjoys a lot of natural light. The partially separated kitchen has all the modern equipment you need. The two bedrooms also benefit from the light of the balcony, the master bedroom has a double bed and the other room offers a singlebed and an extra bed. Two design bathrooms welcome you, one with a bathtub that can be used as a shower, and the other one with a shower.
