The entire Diagonal Style 1A apartment breaths style and savoir vivre. It is a newly refurbished property in a building from 2006. The wooden elements, together with the tastefully chosen colour combination and contemporary decorative features, distinguish this apartment from many classical apartments that might lack personality.
The 65 m2 apartment, located on a first floor (with elevator), is central yet totally quite thanks to the double glass. It has a sunny and spacious design livingroom, with a nice flatscreen TV with satellite. The American and fully equipped kitchen in wengé-wood is discretely separated from the dining and living area. The two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single and an extra bed) are located in the back and thus silent. The large closets offer plenty of space for your belongings. The stylish bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower.

You reach the world famous Diagonal Avenue, with its 8 km the world’s longest city street, in less than five minutes on foot. Here you find L’Illa, Barcelona’s most prestigious shopping mall, which includes a huge supermarket and many restaurants. The area around the apartment is known as Les Corts, a lively and pleasant higher class neighbourhood, and a practical area to organise your daily life. The underground (stop Les Corts - green line) is only three minutes away and will take you in less than 10 minutes to the exhibition area La Fira and in 15 minutes to Barcelona’s historic city centre, Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.
