Vila de Gracia 3.1 is a nice and classic apartment that has been totally refurbished in Spring 2010. It is located in a quiet and pedestrian street.
This 45m2 appartment is set on a fourth floor (with elevator, a few steps downstairs though). The living and dining area (with double sofabed) has lovely sunshine in the morning, and has been separated from the fully equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms with cupboard, and both have sunlight in the afternoon: one includes a double bed and the second one a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the offer.
