Travessera de Gracia is a spacious and modern apartment with plenty of natural daylight. Its decoration is mainly country style-like, and its antique pieces and lovely parquetfloor together with more funny elements, give this place a homey atmosphere.
This 110 m2 apartment is set on a second floor (with elevator). There is a cosy and bright living and dining room that gives out on the street, and a spacious and well-equipped separate kitchen with an extra table, always handy when having a quick snack. It includes three bedrooms oriented towards the inner courtyard and thus very quiet, all with built-in cupboards: two with a double bed (one of 1m35 though), and one with a single bed (however in bunkbed style). Two fully equipped bathrooms - one has a bathtub (and is en-suite) and the other one a large shower and bidet - complete the offer.

The flat is located north of the prestigious Diagonal Avenue, at the crossing of Gran de Gracia, ideal for shopping, with Travessera de Gracia, only metres away from the recently refurbished Llibertat market. Gracia is a rather bohemian neighbourhood that is great to go out, sit on a terrace, stroll through the pedestrian streets or to discover original bars and restaurants or some of the many handicraft shops, apart from its active cultural life. The stops Diagonal and Fontana (green and blue underground lines) are 250 m away and Gracia (Generalitat Railways) is at 150m. They will all bring you all over the city, though the elegant Eixample district and the famous Paseo de Gracia avenue can easily be reached on foot.
