Description of rental apartment Gran de Gracia Classic
Gran de Gracia Classic is a marvellous apartment with lots of natural daylight located in a modernist building from the late 19th century. Its charming and classical character comes from the original features, the quality finishes and the excellent taste of the decorator. Since none of its parts give out on the beautiful but busy Gran de Gracia street where it is set, this place is pure tranquillity, also great to enjoy the private terrace.
This 110 m2 apartment is located on a fourth floor (with elevator). The pleasant living and dining area has lots of sunlight around lunchtime and in the afternoon; it gives out on a private 6 m2 terrace with table and two chairs and oriented towards the inner courtyard of the apartment block, so really peaceful. The separate and fully equipped kitchen has its own practical breakfast table. The main bedroom includes a double bed, while the second one has a single and an extra bed, both of them with a spacious cupboard. Thanks to their orientation towards a small patio, they are both very quiet though with little daylight. A full bathroom with shower completes the offer.
