Gracia Terrace is a quiet and pleasant apartment with lovely sunlight coming in in the morning and around noon. You will enjoy the enormous private and well furnished terrace with wide views, a great place to relax.
This 70 m2 apartment is set on a third floor (with elevator, one step downstairs). It offers a practical and bright living and dining room and a separate and fully equipped kitchen. There is one large and bright bedroom with double bed (1m90 x 1m50), and a separate smaller office with a lot of natural daylight and a large built-in cupboard. A bathroom with bathtub that can also be used as a shower completes the offer. A separate room keeps the washingmachine and cleaning material out of sight.
Through the staircase you will reach the lovely private and well furnished terrace.

This apartment is very well located only one block away from the lovely Plaza del Nord square. The famous Park Güell is only a short walk away. A century ago this area used to be a small village offering refreshment in the weekends to the rich people of Barcelona downtown, and is now just part of the cosmopolitan city. Gracia is a rather bohemian neighbourhood that is great to go out, sit on a terrace, stroll through the pedestrian streets or to discover original bars and restaurants or some of the many artisanal shops, apart from its active cultural life.
The green and yellow underground lines (stops Lesseps and Joanic both at 300 m) will bring you in only a few minutes to the prestigious Paseo de Gracia or the Ramblas.
