Mallorca Terrace is a modern, comfortable and well-equipped apartment with a private terrace in the central Eixample district, close to the prestigious Passeig de Gracia and the Hospital Clinic. This apartment offers all the modern commodities of a new building as well as a warm and comfortable atmosphere thanks to the parquet and sophisticated decoration.
The apartment is set on a first floor without elevator. The apartment includes a very spacious living room with a large chaise sofa, which guaranties a relaxed and cosy atmosphere. You will also be able to enjoy the large and sunny private terrace. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes: the master bedroom has a double bed, while the others include single beds. The very well equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities for long-term rentals. The bathroom completes the offer with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower.
