Description
Mallorca - Lluria is an enormous apartment located in a lovely modernist building in the Eixample district. With its 160 m2, an impressive space on such a central location, it is a luxury enjoying the sunlight all over the flat coming in through the original wooden windows. The use of vivid colours, its personalised, practical decoration and distribution and its tranquillity thanks to the double glass make it a great place to live.
Set on a first floor (with elevator, with four steps downstairs), it offers a large, very bright livingroom with sitting and dining area and a separate, very well equipped kitchen with an extra table. There are three bedrooms, all with wardrobe: one offers a double bed, a second one twin beds, a last one includes a single bed. Besides, there is a handy fourth room which serves as an office or extra bedroom (little light here though). Two happy full bathrooms, one with a small bathtub and another one with a shower, complete the offer.
