Diagonal 1 is a spacious and pleasant apartment. With its three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, and its new no-nonsense decoration, realised during its complete refurbishment in Summer 2008, it is a very practical apartment.
This 75 m2 apartment is located on a first floor (with elevator). It includes a spacious and bright living and dining area with pleasant balcony and a fully equipped and separate kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with shower and one extra guest toilet. It offers three double bedrooms, a luxury hard to find in Barcelona city centre, of which two offer a double bed and one bunk beds. One bedroom, together with the living room, gives out on the streetside - both have double glass - while the two remaining bedrooms are set towards a small inner courtyard; they have, therefore, less light but guarantee full tranquillity. You will find plenty of cupboards where to organise your clothes and other personal belongings all over the place.
