This nice 50 m2 apartment is set on a fourth floor (with elevator). The living and dining area as well as the stylish bedroom with a double bed and cupboard have a small balcony and give onto the street, and have sunlight in the morning. A fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite bathroom with shower complete the offer.
