This 63m2 apartment is set on a fourth floor with elevator. The large and delightful living and dining room enjoys the tranquillity of a veranda and much natural light. The partially separated kitchen is equipped with all the equipment you will need. The apartment has three bright bedrooms with spacious cupboards. Two bedrooms enjoy the tranquillity of the inner patio and of a balcony: one has a single bed and the other a double bed. The third bedroom is set by the living and has one individual bed. You will definitely be pleased by the two design bathrooms, one has a bathtub and the other has a whirlpool shower.
