Gran Via Suites 1 is a beautiful and sunny one bedroom apartment set in the heart of the Eixample district, offering lots of lovely modernist houses.
This 40 m2 is set on a fourth floor (with elevator). It includes a very bright living and dining area with a lovely large window, an open well-equipped kitchen and satellite TV to catch up on foreign language channels. There is a nicely decorated bedroom with double bed and a working desk. A small but practical design bathroom with shower makes the offer complete. Gran Vía is a large avenue with traffic which can be source of noise nuisance despite the double glass.

It is a lovely place to live among the locals. The flat is located on the Gran Via de las Cortes Catalanes, one of Barcelona's main arteries, with excellent connections and lovely modernist houses. The Eixample district as well as the old city centre, which is nearby, can easily be reached on foot. At 50 m you can take the red underground line (stop Urgell), either to go in 4-5 minutes to Plaza Catalunya or to the fairground Plaza Espanya. The direct airport bus stops at only a few meters.
