Description
Bassols B is a very practical apartment, that has been refurbished and redecorated. The design is modern and down-to-earth, with a personal touch thanks to some pleasant fleamarket details in the livingroom and the orginal wooden windows preserved all over. The modernist building in which it is located is just lovely. Both the livingroom and bedroom have lots of natural daylight, and views on the wonderful plane trees in the street.
This 50 m2 apartment is situated on a fourth floor, with elevator. It has a bright living and dining area, and next to it, a very well equipped kitchen. The bedroom with double bed includes a large wardrobe to stock your personal belongings. Both the livingroom and the bedroom give out on the street which, due to the original windows and the traffic, may cause some noise. There is a big bathroom with shower. The apartment has satellite TV.

The apartment is located in the Eixample district, with its precious 19th century houses built in modernist style, in an area with many typical bars, restaurants and shops where locals come. It is set on the elegant Avenue Gran Via de las Cortes Catalanes, one of the main arteries in the city. The underground stop Rocafort (red line) is only 50m away, and in less than 5 minutes you will reach the Barcelona Fairgrounds at Plaza España, or the central Plaza Catalunya. The spacious and beautiful Joan Miró park, with its famous statue "Woman with Bird", is yours after a two-minute walk.
