Description of rental apartment Girona Central
Girona Central is a beautiful and spacious one-bedroom apartment that has been entirely refurbished in Summer 2008. It combines authentic features of a typical 19th century Barcelona apartment, like the decorative ceilings or the wooden doors and windows, with a style that is radically modern. Its location on a fifth floor (without elevator though) offers both incredible light and views of Tibidabo hill, the Mediterranean and of a typical Barcelona roofscape from the balcony. The main stairs have kept their wonderful floor of modernist tiles.
This 40 m2 apartment offers a bright and well-appointed living and dining area with a fully equipped American kitchen. The apartment’s interior reflects the owners’ distinctive modern taste in its bold colours and elegant decorative style. The spacious double bedroom, with a ceiling fan, is stunningly stylish. A bathroom with whirlpool shower completes the amenities on offer.
Girona Central is immediately adjacent to a similar, much larger apartment, Girona Atico. A sliding door links the two and can be opened to create spacious accommodation.
