The Consell de Cent B apartment is a quiet and bright place. It is actually a very practical flat, combining quality finishings with a handy distribution.
This 50 m2 flat, located in a building with elevator, has an excellent distribution: the living and dining area (with double sofabed) has lots of natural daylight, and includes a well equipped American kitchen. A sliding door separates the livingroom form the bedroom, that has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. A bathroom with shower makes the offer complete.

If you want to relax after a hard working day or rather explore the city on foot, this is the place to be. It is set on Consell de Cent Street, a few steps away from the green Letamendi Square, from the historic university with its ancient botanical garden and the Paseo de Gracia, the most prestigious street in Barcelona. All over the Eixample neigbourhood you will find many elegant restaurants, bars and boutiques, while there are lovely terraces in the pedestrian part of the Enric Granados Street only 50m away from the apartment.
