Bruc Style A apartment has only been inaugurated in Spring 2010. The decoration style of this cosy and tranquil flat, set in a lovely 19th century modernist building, could be defined as urban chic, maintaining the beautiful original doors and ceilings though. It offers a very central location, next to Plaza Urquinaona and Plaza Catalunya.
This nice 60 m2 apartment is set on a fourth floor (with elevator). The flat gives onto the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet. It includes a living and dining area with lovely gallery that has sunlight in the afternoon, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The stylish bedroom with double bed and cupboard has a small balcony. Two full bathrooms with shower, of which one is en-suite, complete the offer.

The elegant Eixample neighbourhood with its impressive modernist houses is the ideal location both to live the daily life among the locals and to explore the city and its historic spots on foot. The apartment is located on Bruc street, only one block away from Urquinaona Square. The central Plaza Catalunya and the Old City with the Ribera and Sant Pere area are only a few steps away. All around you will find elegant and practical shops, restaurants and bars so typical of the Eixample district.
You will arrive at the underground stop Urquinaona (red and yellow lines) within a two minute walk, though this location is also great to reach many places on foot.
