Aragó Executive 1A benefits from an optimum lay-out, where contemporary design, wellness, quality and a luminous atmosphere meet. This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of the Eixample, a very friendly area 10 minutes away from the well-known central squares of Barcelona: Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Universitat.
This 70m2 apartment is set on a first floor with elevator. The large living and dining room enjoys a nice veranda and thus is very luminous. The partially independent kitchen has all the necessary equipment for your comfort. Two bedrooms also benefit from the light of a balcony, the largest bedroom has a double bed and the other offers a single bed. Both rooms open to the back and are therefore very quiet. Another bedroom is situated by the living room, with one individual bed. All the bedrooms enjoy large wardrobe. Two design bathrooms complete the offer, one with a bathtub that can be used as a shower, and the other one with a shower.
